Inspiration for what I cook at home, comes from many places. This recipe from the new Gjelina Restaurant Cookbook, based in Venice, California: Lemon-y Tahini and Garlic Dressing over Pan-Roasted Romesco Cauliflower, with sweet Sultanas and a huge sprinkling of Sumac.
